1: Backyard Flight Club is a non-profit community competition
This means that we don't have the same financial support as the big international competitions and therefore rely on the community to help put on these kick-ass events. The competitions gives athletes a chance to make a name for themselves in the WCT community while earning a prize fund significant enough to help them focus more on training, develop their passion and grow the sport so more people can enjoy World Chase Tag from a grass roots level.
2: TO RAISE FUNDS FOR CAUSES WE TRULY BELIVE IN
We strongly believe in giving back to the world where-ever possible. That's why we've teamed up with Teenage Cancer Trust to help raise money for their incredible cause. We'll be donating a percentage of money raised back to the Trust. All other funds raised will be re-invested into future Flight Club events so we can make Backyard Flight Clubs more regular and to provide more opportunities for the Chase Tag Community.
